BDC/Internet Department Training

With high turn over and ever changing technology, establishing a successful BDC Department is becoming more and more difficult. Current employees, as would be expected, are always looking for the bigger better deal. It is their nature, besides, they are salespeople and their inspiration and drive are focussed on MONEY. Is having a successful BDC Department all about having the right tools? Is it about having the most qualified people at the moment? It may appear so at times, but we would have to disagree.

Successful BDC Departments are built on committed individuals. People that are willing to put in the time and learn from others. If you can find employees in your dealership that are committed to putting in the time and are teachable, we can do the rest. We can take the most timid, inexperienced internet user and turn them into a steel pushing machine.

Our methods and trainning do not only apply to Internet Salespeople but to management as well. One of the major issues we hear all the time from individuals that quit their last BDC Position almost always involves a lack of understanding from Management toward BDC Staff. You as a manager have some things you must learn as well. You must learn that by establishing a thriving BDC Department, you are creating a whole new animal and should treat it as thus.
